THS H-Beam Conrods Information

THS provides rods to the Public and to Companies across the world.  We supply to a number of well known performance companies within the UK who brand our rods as their own.  We also supply rods to companies throughout Europe. With thousands of of rods being used today in high performance road cars, track cars and motor racing you can be asured of an exceptionally strong and reliable connecting rod.

Rod Specifications:

• Forged using A 2 Piece Forgings to ensure correct grain direction
• Vacuum Drawn 4340 specification Chrome Moly Steel
• Dowelled Cap for Precision Fit
• Heat treated at multi stages to create maximum strength & fatigue life.
• Fully Machined and Shot Peened
• H beam Design
• Big and small ends are finished with SUNNEN cross grinder to .0003" tolerances
• Bronze wrist pin bushings are made to withstand higher impact force.
• Magnaflux / Dimensionally Inspected
• Rods matched to within +/- 1 gram.

All rods are for use with a fully floating pin.  Rods are supplied with ARP2000 Rod Bolts 230.000psi Bolts ARP Moly Lube and Instructions
